HONEY GLAZED, GRILLED CHICKEN
The Glaze:Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a small pan over medium heat until it is reduced to 1/4 cup. Add the sage, pineapple juice, red pepper, mustard, mustard powder, honey and garlic. Bring it to a boil on low heat, stirring it occasionally for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. You can use it immediately of refrigerate for later use. Grilling the chicken: Coat a grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat the grill for 10 minutes on medium heat. |
