BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
Fill a deep frying pan with one inch of oil and heat over medium heat until about 300°. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat and add minced garlic and onion. Blend in a blender to make it smoother. Cook until golden brown, stir in the hot sauce and then add salt. Remove it from heat. Split the chicken-wings at the joints and cut the tips. Rinse with cold water and dry with paper towels.
Re-heat the sauce to around 375° and carefully lower the wings into the sauce. Fry for 12 minutes or
until medium brown. |
