OVEN BAKED GROUND CHICKEN

  • 2 lbs Ground chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 big onion minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients. Knead with the hands until the mixture is smooth and pasty.

Lightly oil the oven sheet with the olive oil.

Form the batter into 5 to 6 inch sausage shapes and put them on the oiled sheet. Preheat the oven to 325° F then put the sheet in the oven.
Turn the sausages over after 15 minutes and let them bake for another 15 minutes.
Dress and serve with mixed lettuce and olives.
